3 reasons why hydration is the key to a healthier lifestyle.

Alright, so its time to get down to the main 3 reasons why water benefits your life.

1. Let’s start off with the fact that water carries nutrients to our cells, it aids our digestion by forming stomach secretions, this helps prevent disease. For example, studies show that adequately hydrated women reduce their chance of breast or colon cancer by more than 70 percent! Yup, and that’s just one example.

Water helps cells produce blood, which we all know is crucial. The more blood the more energy you feel, therefore hydration plays a huge part in our daily liveliness.

2. H2O flushes our bodies of waste, and keeps our kidneys healthy. Without water flowing through our system we would literally be poisonous. Our kidneys wouldn’t function and if that happened our health would deteriorate, imagine! Even by drinking less water than normal you are keeping contaminants in your body.

3. Aqua keeps our skin moisturized, regulates our body temperature and believe it or not fights fat. If you are trying to lose weight, than an amazing tool is to drink 10 or more glasses of water a day. Allow me to explain, if our kidneys don’t have enough water they can’t do their job in eliminating toxins, therefore the liver has to get involved. That means that the liver can’t focus on its own job, which is metabolizing stored fat, because it’s to busy doing what the kidneys should be doing. At the end of the day we are stuck with stored fat on our bodies because we don’t drink enough water.

So everyone, those are the main 3 of many reasons why hydration is the ticket in living healthier.

In conclusion, go pick up a glass of water!
